Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within two days of receiving a cleared payment.

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Second Class. This normally takes 2-5 days since shipment, up to a maximum of 14 days.

We ship all international orders via Royal Mail International Standard (for exceptions, please see below). This normally takes 5-18 days since shipment, up to a maximum of 40 days. When it reaches your country, delivery will be handled by your national mail carrier (e.g. in the USA, it will be delivered by USPS).

* If you require a guaranteed next day tracked or recorded service (UK) or international tracked or signed-for service, please contact us after placing your order to arrange extra payment.

On receiving your order, if you are not entirely happy then please refer to our returns policy.

Customs charges
Beanie Boy UK are based in and ship from the United Kingdom.

We understand that for international customers, particularly in Europe since the UK's exit from the European Union, sometimes a fee to receive the package may be charged by the local customs authority. Whether this occurs is beyond our control, and the payment of any such fee that may be charged (import tax, duty, or any similar customs fees) is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Please be aware that we cannot declare the value of an order to be lower for the purpose of reducing the likelihood of your package attracting a customs fee. In order to comply with customs laws both in the UK and internationally, we are obliged to declare the true sales value of the goods.

 

* Tracked International Shipping Locations - Terms & Conditions
We ship to most major countries. However, for certain locations, we require an upgrade to the standard shipping fee, in order to ship your parcel on a Tracked Service. This is for the security of the parcel, to ensure that it will reach you in a safe condition, and for peace of mind for both us and you.

Unfortunately, tracking is a premium service in the UK through Royal Mail (our national mail carrier), and is not included as part of a Standard Postal shipment.

The relevant upgrade fee will be automatically applied to the shipping fee at checkout - this will cover the cost of upgrading your shipment to a tracked service. Your tracking number will be indicated on the bottom of the shipping confirmation email you receive once the order has shipped. You can follow the progress of the parcel on the track & trace websites of Royal Mail, and your national mail carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We offer all customers a 14 days right-to-return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) then please contact us via email with your original order number and order details and let us know what you wish to do. You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order and ask for a refund or an exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange returned items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item then we reserve the right to refusal of refund.

Return shipping costs for items of the wrong size, style or colour will need to be paid by the customer. The same applies for items that are simply no longer desired for whatever reason upon receipt of goods. Beanie Boy UK will cover the return shipping costs for items with clear manufacturing faults or items that have been sent in error.

We will only issue a refund or make an exchange upon receiving the returned item(s) in full resale condition to the returns address below:
